Remove and install two bathroom vanities

I need a licensed plumber with COI to remove and install two bathroom vanities. One of the vanities is currently one sink but it may be changed to two sinks. I would like a price if I keep both vanities one sink or change one vanity from one sink to two sinks. Thanks
