Crew Leader position requires great math skills, organization, customer service skills, problem solving, leadership, as well as being able to utilize a tablet. • Crew Leader and Driver: $15/hour (negotiable with experience) includes driving as well, responsible for leading jobs (read above for requirements) • Advanced Crew Leader: $16.50/hour (negotiable with experience) crew lead, handle on site problems that may arise, and lead training Two Men and a Truck offer health and dental as well as a 401k matching plan after one year of employment. We are flexible in our scheduling and are willing to work with you to find an agreeable work schedule. We are looking to hire anyone who can help us build and grow our company as well as foster a fun and thriving workplace. Any experience will be beneficial to you but is not required.
