Red foot tortoise with cage and lamps

I love my tortoise but I just don’t have enough time to give him the care he needs or the money to upgrade to a proper cage. Red foots are a lot of work so I would prefer to give him to someone that knows what they’re doing or is willing to do lots of research and care. He is small for his age due to being a twin but he’s about 9 months old. He mostly just sleeps eats and poops right now but he’s funny to watch. He’s a great eater and LOVES mango. I’ll give more details about his diet to his new parents. He also comes with a small exoterra tank and uv and heat lamps. He will need to be upgraded. He also will come with some tortoise safe soil whatever food I have left at the time and some tank decor. All for 130 or just the tortoise for 100. We can discuss price as well it’s not firm.
