Join us for an amazing brunch at Paradise North Distillery with Chef Ace! Chef will demonstrate cooking and serve up some delightful food. Brunch Menu Apple Pie Stuffed French Toast with a Rum Caramel Sauce French Bread stuffed with Cream Cheese & Apple Pie filling dipped in a Vanilla Bean Custard, grilled to a golden brown then finished with caramel rum reduction sauce Maple Bourbon Black Pepper Smoked Bacon Thick cut apple smoked bacon roasted and glazed with real maple syrup, bourbon and black pepper Spirit Marinated Fruit Bowl A mix of seasonal fresh fruit marinated in the finest Paradise North spirits Our bar will be open and, in addition to our full menu of craft cocktails, we will be featuring our Bloody Marys and Specialty Mimosas featuring our award winning spirits!
