Looking for an antenna.

I am seeking an antenna for my tv. I currently have had issues with my income and I lost my internet and could use something to watch on my tv. I can't afford one and was hoping to find some that is getting rid of one or willing to help me get one please. I have ptsd and anxiety and bipolar so not having things to watch has been hard on my anxiety. Please if anyone can help me out I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks God Bless.
