We are looking to hire an experienced HVAC Technician. HVAC Technician service role is responsible for performing repairs and reactionary maintenance to a variety of HVAC and refrigeration commercial systems located throughout the state of Hawaii. This includes (but is not limited to); -Replace filters on HVAC equipment. -Adequate skills in pipe fitting, brazing, and soldering. -Check condition of belts and pulleys and replace as needed. -Clean condenser and evaporator coils. -Check refrigerant charge and inspect for leaks if charge is low. -Clear drain lines and pans. -Check electrical connections. -Check operation of fan and blower motor and adjust if needed. -Lubricate motors, bearings and other moving parts. Check operation of thermostats and all controls. -Check for adequate air flow. -Remove old or broken units. -Installation of new systems to include package and split units, chillers, etc. -All other installation, repair, and maintenance associated with HVAC units. HVAC Technician should have the following entry Qualifications: -3-4 years’ minimum experience on commercial systems of varying types/sizes (a strong plus, not required). -Kitchen appliance repair experience (a strong plus, not required). -Keen, mechanical aptitude and adaptability. -Willingness to work Emergency, “on-call” rotations (afternoon and weekends). -Own their own vehicle -Valid drivers license with no criminal background Please email resume to the email provided, please make sure email and best contact number is included.
