Starting pay $20-$22.50/hr based on experience (Raises and Promotions are Available) Full Time Schedule 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday—Friday Benefits Included Must have reliable transportation & be a Kauai resident East side residents preferred Duties - working with cacao trees and vanilla vines - mowing/weed whacking - measuring vanilla growth - daily tidying of jobsite - cacao harvest days Ideal Candidate - Strong attention to detail - Intelligent - Organized - Good Communication - Systematic work ethic - Enjoys working as part of a team - Ability to be cross-trained in other areas of the farm - Time management & prioritization skills - Enjoys completion of tasks - Looking for a business that will take care of them
