Join Her Social Table at Bacovino Winery for a charcuterie workshop, inspired by everyone's favorite meal- Brunch. In the Bacovino Tasting Room, you'll learn how to cut and style cheese, build a themed board, and understand a few basic rules about creating charcuterie. At this event you will learn to creatively present elegant brunch bites, cheese, and cured meats. Your ticket includes the ingredients needed to create a sunrise charcuterie, a palm plate, tools and ramekins, and a Her Social Table shopping list.
