Growing auto repair business is growing their team.
Currently we have an opening for Assistant to Service Manager - TEAM member.
Duties include but not limited to:
• Greeting and working with customers
• Cashing customers out when picking up their vehicle
• Answering phones
• Calling customers: discuss the services needed, the progress of the job etc.
• Scheduling appointments
• Creating quotes for repairs - which includes calling parts suppliers
• Ordering and researching for parts
• Keeping track of quotes once completed
• Assist with assigning work to technicians
• Keeping track of job progress
• Drive customers home and picking them up when service is completed
• Drive to pick up parts when needed
Qualifications:
• Computer Skills
• Customer Service Skills - must enjoy working with people
• Phone Skills
• Valid Driver’s license
• Automotive knowledge a plus but not necessary
• Team attitude
