Our offices are just north of Boston in Woburn, MA. We seek an energetic person to take responsibility for our shipping, receiving and warehouse management. Your ability to manage the inflow and outflow of our products will be integral to our continued growth. We’re a small team and we’re growing fast. It will be an exciting ride. Who are you? Tasks and Responsibilities • Direct-to-Consumer Fulfillment – Ship insoles and sandals direct to consumers each day using our automated systems. Maintain shipping accuracy. • Wholesale Fulfillment – Ship larger volume orders to our retail partners using EDI and other technologies to manage the orders. • Amazon Fulfillment – Use inventory management software and Amazon technology to ship weekly orders with accuracy and care. • Receiving – Receive container and less-than-container size shipments from our freight forwarder. Insure that packing lists are accurate and incoming quality meets our standards. • Cycle Counts – Perform daily cycle counts of a portion of our inventory so that everything gets counted on a regular basis. Enter cycle counts into our inventory management system. • Warehouse organization – Keep our inventory organized and tidy. Ensure that the warehouse is clean and neat. • Order Shipping Supplies – Keep track of shipping supplies and replenish stock as necessary. Requirements and Qualifications • Excellent organizational skills and the need to see order not chaos • Impeccable attention to detail and an innate need for accuracy • 3-5 years’ experience with shipping software and the ability to learn new systems • Ability to lift 40-pound packages on a regular basis • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment We are a small team that works closely towards common goals.
