Come join us every Sunday from 10am-11am for a 1hr group session of hip hop step aerobics. The location will be announced the day before class as well I need to send out your waiver form. So please once you purchase your tickets shoot me a dm or email. Refer to the info at the bottom of the page.
In this class you will learn the basic step aerobic movements to different genres of music. We will slow the tempos down and speed it up. You don’t have to be a professional to take this class. Just be open to learn and you will be just fine. Most of the workouts focus on the full body. You are guaranteed to work up a sweat and burn some calories. Doing step aerobics is a perfect way to lose and or maintain weight with a healthy diet.
