Operationalizing Your Enterprise AI Strategy The opportunities that AI can bring to business has been clearly established whether it’s on cost reduction, quality improvement or revenue growth. Therefore, it is more critical than ever for leaders to develop a clear and scalable AI strategy that’s tied to their businesses and their consumers. Therefore, the Machine Intelligence for Manufacturing and Operations committee (MIMO) is offering a Symposium series on how leaders can bridge the gap between data and real impact. In this first edition, we aim to address two main concerns: Technical Readiness and Org Readiness, so that enterprises can begin operationalizing their AI’s strategy.
