Walking tour of East Cambridge, looking at the present and history of housing in this neighborhood. Join ABC members on a walking tour of East Cambridge as we explore the built environment, and how it came to be! We'll walk about 2 miles through East Cambridge, including a number of stops to look at the history of housing construction in these areas, affordable housing as it is in the community, and the variety of built structures throughout. We'll also be discussing the potential for change in the neighborhood, as well as the East Cambridge Neighborhood Conservation District effort and how it would affect the future of the neighborhood.
