Cause Mapping for Facilitators + Documentation Workshop (Three-Days) In the Cause Mapping for Facilitators + Documentation Workshop, you’ll learn to apply cause-and-effect thinking to your problems.  Our Cause Mapping method is a simple application of the scientific method.  It’s an uncomplicated way to systematically investigate and prevent problems - from basic to the most complex.  Too often companies make problem-solving confusing.  Attendees describe this workshop as a refreshing approach.  We have no jargon, terminology, or lingo and there’s no proprietary software to buy.  By focusing on the basics, we show individuals and groups how to make complex problems clearer to find better solutions. Cause Mapping for Facilitators (Two-Days) This workshop covers the foundation of the Cause Mapping method and includes facilitation skills to lead a group through a comprehensive problem investigation from start to finish.  Attendees work through multiple exercises and case studies to apply the lessons they’ve learned.  Every attendee learns how to start a quick analysis that can expand into a detailed explanation of exactly what happened.  The course also covers important insights for documenting and presenting a complete investigation.
