Strength based approach to half-marathon and marathon training.
Athletes will learn weight-lifting, hiit, and mobility movements to improve running economy, prevent injuries, and improve running times.
New runners will benefit in learning base mileage and strength training fundamentals to help transition safely to run longer distances.
Come dressed in workout gear and be ready to practice techniques. We will teach the principles and practices of strength training for endurance athletes. Learn how to build a running plan incorporating strength training.
