Fiona needs a new home

Description

I think it may be time to find our cat Fiona a new home. I got her off of craigslist, and was told she was good with children. We've had her for about 1.5 years, and while she tolerates the kids and has never shown any aggression, she has continued to pee on their stuff. I have tried everything possible to help this situation, but she continues to tell us she's unhappy. I truly think the peeing issue would stop once she is in a home where she's no longer stressed out by kids. I think an ideal home would be adult only with a fenced backyard or catio. She gets along ok with our other cat, and even plays with him sometimes, so a home with another cat (preferably male I think) would be fine. Definitely no dogs and no kids. Her last home had big dogs that chased her, so she's probably got some trauma. She is incredibly affectionate when it's just her and I. She's pretty chill, doesn't meow very much, likes to sleep in bed with you or on your lap, and enjoys being playful sometimes. She'll go outside occasionally, but only wants to be out there if I'm with her and comes back in as soon as I do. She's fixed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed. She'll be 2 in May. I feel absolutely horrible about this, as I believe in commiting to a pet for their whole life, but she just isn't happy living with us. A rehoming fee applies, as I want to make sure she goes to a good home.
