Need help with rebuilding floor under house on water.

House is on piles over water. Water 36 inches" deep. In Ferry Road area. Installing new 2" x 10" floor joist, 3/4" treated plywood decking. Adding new support beams underneath. Have two houses to repair. Have work all over this area. Looking for someone full time. Remodeling and light marine construction.
