Hey Classmates!!! The reunion committee is excited for our 40th celebration July 15-18, 2022. Hope to see you at one or all events! Friday, July 15, 2022 - KICK OFF EVENT Welcome CHS 1982 at Curly's Hauser Junction - 7:00 PM Join us in a casual setting to reconnect and visit with your classmates! No host bar/menu. 26433 W Highway 53, Post Falls, ID 83854 - www.curleys.biz Saturday, July 16, 2022 - THE MAIN EVENT Reunion Dinner at The Snake Pit with Live Music by Dr. Phil and the Enablers Social hour at 6:00 pm / dinner at 7:00 pm. Join your classmates for a delicious BBQ meal and live music! If you can't make any other event, please make this one! The first 56 people can choose to ride the bus from Cd'A. Bus leaves at 5:00 from At Home (the old Kmart) and from The Snake Pit at 12:00 am (midnight) back to Cd'A. Raffle will be held (if you want to donate something, contact Erin Delaney to let her know and just bring it to the Snake Pit on Saturday). $30.00 dinner / $22.00 bus ride (plus taxes and fees). 1480 Cd'A River Rd, Kingston, ID 83839 - www.snakepitidaho.com Saturday, July 16, 2022 - DAY ACTIVITIES Pick what works best for you...golfing, hiking, CHS tour, river floating! 9:00 AM - Golfing at Cd'A Public Course (2321 Fairway Dr. CDA). Round up your foursome (or we can put you with someone) and hit the links. Pay at the course - 18 holes - $39.62 + 6% tax. Check it out at www.cdagolf.com9:45 AM - Hiking to Lake Revett (guided by Tom Richards). Meet at The Snake Pit (1480 Cd'A River Rd., Enaville, ID) at 9:45 am for a great 3.3 mile hike (out and back). Return to The Snake Pit around 3 pm unless you want to visit the Sprague Pole Inn & Museum in Murray, ID. Bring a sack lunch, water, and solid walking or hiking shoes. Meet at the North entrance at the office for a walk through memory lane! (Tentative - as of current moment, no one from CHS has returned my call)9:00-10:00 AM - Floating the Cd'A River . You are on your own for this completely unorganized event, but the weather will be warm and the water will be flowing!!! Depart from Bumblebee Bridge and float to Albert's Landing. You will need tubes or water craft and a couple of vehicles (one to drop you off and one to leave at the put out...unless you want to hike). Grab your friends, and float away! Sunday July 17, 2022 - FAMILY SOCIAL Portluck Picnic and Swimming at Kiwanis Park Lunch from 11:30-1:00 with BBQ grills hot and ready to go. Bring your own grilling/lunch items, beverages, and a side dish to share. Briquettes, condiments, paper products and silverware will be provided - donation jar will be available to offset the costs.
