A small community in LaBelle is currently seeking a general fix-it specialist who uses problem-solving and technical skills to maintain a small community of duplex homes. OPERATING SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES INCLUDE: HVAC (PLUS) Electrical Plumbing Painting Carpentry Drywall Repair Appliance maintenance RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Completing work-orders on a priority basis. Preparing vacant units for new occupancy. Performing preventative maintenance. (General maintenance is a daily ongoing responsibility) MUST HAVE: Your own tools VALID driver's license Reliable transportation MUST BE: Experienced Dependable Honest Motivated/Self-starter able to complete assignments without direct supervision. Willing to work part time and be On Call. Able to communicate with residents and management with courtesy and efficiency to ensure resident satisfaction. Starting pay is $15.00 an hour at a minimum of 32 hours a week. No benefits.
