Looking to rehome mom cat and two kittens

Mom cat is a year old or so, brought her in not knowing she was pregnant. Kittens are close to three months now but super sweet and snuggly, litter and scratching trained. They have up til now been in a home with other pets and children, so we would like them to go to a similar environment. Will be asking small rehoming fee to cover shots, but otherwise free to good home. We would like to see mom go with at least one of her babies, but most important is that they go to a loving home!
