This class consists of the following: (1) a review of the 2022 GAR Contract (2) a notation of the 2022 contract forms differences from 2021 forms (3) a discussion of the various forms available for agents to use in various contractual situations (4) a discussion of the general rules / guidelines / practices / requirements for proper completion of contracts and Agreements on behalf of Buyers and Sellers.
