You will enjoy a Chef-hosted experience in the local's favorite winery, the Vegas Valley Winery Tasting Room. The Tasting Menu:
Puffy Cheeseburger – ground beef, American cheese, grape tomato slice, pickle, and "special sauce" baked in puff pastry Sausage & Pepper Crostino – Crumbled spicy Italian sausage, sauteed pepper and onions in marinara topped with Parmesan cheese on a crispy crostini Street Corn Salad – Fire-roasted corn, scallions, cilantro, jalapeno and cotija in a light lime vinaigrette This event is the perfect precursor to dinner or to linger after for Live Music & pizza in the Tasting Room.
