The Summer Sizzle starts with our Chef-hosted Food & Wine Pairing Event at the Winery on June 11th. Eat, drink and be Appy! Enjoy an evening of delectable appetizers passionately paired with wines from Chef Alicia Shevetone of DINK Cuisine & Vegas Valley Winery. You will enjoy a Chef-hosted experience in the local's favorite winery, the Vegas Valley Winery Tasting Room. The Tasting Menu: Puffy Cheeseburger – ground beef, American cheese, grape tomato slice, pickle, and "special sauce" baked in puff pastry Sausage & Pepper Crostino – Crumbled spicy Italian sausage, sauteed pepper and onions in marinara topped with Parmesan cheese on a crispy crostini Street Corn Salad – Fire-roasted corn, scallions, cilantro, jalapeno and cotija in a light lime vinaigrette This event is the perfect precursor to dinner or to linger after for Live Music & pizza in the Tasting Room.
