Must be able to endure working in the humid Atlanta heat. * Natural ability to lead, motivate and teach others to work in compliance with company standards and policies. * Have ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule. * Have flexibility to unexpected changes. * Ability to work efficiently, with high quality standards. * Knowledge of all lawn care equipment * Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in leading others.
