Intents is a California statewide company that hauls and constructs temporary shelters for military, fire, disaster relief, and entertainment applications. We have four locations up and down California, one being here in Monterey County. My name is Cole, I am the division manager here in Monterey and I'm looking for capable and willing people who like adventure and aren't afraid to get there hands a bit dirty. Requirements: - Able to tow a trailer (Tainable, but must be at least 18 years old to tow) - Ready at a moments notice to respond to an emergency job call out - Hardworking and motivated - Able to lift 50 lbs. - Able to adapt to changing plans and circumstances constantly - Able to work well with anybody/unproblematic - Able to learn on the spot and capable of growth I will be hosting an orientation/training day in the next month or two at our warehouse in Salinas.
