STAMFORD, CT — The Stamford Police Department will host a prescription drug take back event on April 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at police headquarters, 725 Bedford St. This is a free anonymous service and an environmentally safe way to dispose of unwanted or unused medications. A convenient drive-thru will be available. Any prescription drug will be accepted, as well as over-the-counter drugs such as Aspirin or Tylenol, pet medication and vaping devices. Liquids, creams or needles are not allowed.
