Stress Management Workship Grades 8-12
Grades 8-12 are invited to attend these stress management workshops where they can unplug for an hour as they journal, learn meditation techniques and collaborate with their peers. Given the events of the past few years, this spring would be a great time for students to find new habits that help them feel refreshed and rejuvenated. Yoga and meditation have been proven to help with stress, life changes and overall well-being.
