Description
BROOKFIELD, CT — The Brookfield Library Art Gallery presents "Still Views," a photography exhibition by Al Pascual on view from May 3 to May 31.
"Pascual's photography captures the quiet beauty of landscapes, architecture, animals, and flowers," said Sarah-Ruth Tasko, head of Adult Services for the library. "His landscapes are subtle and romantic, and his architectural photographs show the almost musical structure of their forms. Viewing his animal photography initiates a private conversation between the subject and viewer, and his images of flowers proclaim their joyful colors."
The public is invited to meet the artist on May 14 from 2–4 p.m. in The Brookfield Library Art Gallery. A virtual version of the exhibition will be available on The Brookfield Library's website, starting May 3.
The Brookfield Library Art Gallery is located in the Library's community room and is open during the Library's regular operating hours. Patrons should check in at the circulation desk before entering the Gallery.
