Ambulance Involved In 3-Car Crash On I-95

READING, MA — A three-car crash involving an ambulance shut down part of I-95 in Reading Thursday afternoon. The crash happened around 12:33 p.m. on I-95 South near Exit 37. A patient was inside the ambulance at the time of the crash. State Police said the patient was transferred to another ambulance, and a person in one of the other vehicles was hospitalized. The scene was cleared shortly before 2 p.m. *#MATraffic Alert** - #Reading - Rte 128 SB at Exit 37 (I-93). A multi-vehicle crash involving an overturned ambulance. All SB travel lanes closed.
