CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court. Justin Martin, 35, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused by police of stealing merchandise from Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord on Sept. 13, 2021, after twice before being convicted on theft of property or services charges. McKenna Rae Marshall, 27, of North Main Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge, subsequent offense. She was accused of being in possession of the drug on Jan. 16 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, Marshall was convicted on acts prohibited in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2014. Marilyn McCormack, 48, of Bailey Drive in Boscawen on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord on Nov. 14, 2021, after being convicted twice before. Larz R. Menard, 22, a homeless man now located in Concord, on attempted theft by unauthorized taking and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and fentanyl, charges, subsequent, all felonies. He was accused of being in possession of the drugs and attempting to steal merchandise from Jo Ann Fabrics in Concord on Feb. 6. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges and for acts prohibited in superior court in March 2019. Robert Wasowski, 33, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Jan. 26 in Concord. David Higgins, 30, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused by police of holding a knife in front of a man's face and stating, "I'm going to stab you," or words to that effect at the homeless shelter on North Main Street in Concord on Dec. 28, 2021. He was accused of possessing meth, tramadol, methylphenidate, temazepam, alprazolam, and hydrocodone on June 4, 2021, in Henniker. Carrie Morse, 38, of Fisherville Road in Concord on a felony acts prohibited-meth charge on Sept. 8, 2021, in Concord. Moise Ndutiye, 18, of Jennings Drive in Concord on felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused by police of stealing a wallet, bank cards, and cash owned by a Concord woman on Oct. 9, 2021. Brian J. Neuberger, 34, of Franklin Highway in Andover on second degree assault and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling a woman, running at her with a screwdriver, and then stabbing a plastic trash can between April 1, and Aug. 31, 2021, in Newbury.
