CONCORD, NH — Biren Darjee, 20, of Concord was arrested at 12:27 p.m. on April 18, 2022, on a single felony count of felonious sexual assault, victim between 13 and 15 charge. He was arrested after an incident on Loudon Road with an offense date of Dec. 21, 2021. Darjee is due in Merrimack County Superior Court on May 5. Jonathan P. Petrocelli, 47, of Manchester was arrested at 11:53 a.m. on April 18 on a warrant. He was arrested after an incident on West Portsmouth Street. Ashley McDonald, born 1992, of Franklin was arrested at 1:31 a.m. on April 18 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Thorndike Street. Isabel A. Santos, 30, of Concord was arrested at 3:33 a.m. on April 17 on a bench warrant. She was arrested after an incident on Hemlock Drive. Nicholas Fletcher, 22, of Pittsfield was arrested at 8:36 p.m. on April 5 on a warrant after an incident on Terrill Park Drive. He failed to appear at a probation violation hearing in Merrimack County Superior Court on March 25. Michael Todd Spaulding, 35, of Warner was arrested at 1:25 p.m. on April 5 on a felony receiving stolen property, $1,501+, charge after an incident at Gentle Dental on South Main Street. He was also charged with attempted theft, a felony, after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. In the Walmart case, police were sent to the store around 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 1, 2021, for a report of a man getting into an altercation with a loss prevention employee. An employee claimed a man, with a backpack, grabbed a duffle bag and then, began loading it with items. The employee attempted to grab the bag and a tugging incident ensued, a report said. The tugging went on for around 10 seconds before the employee let the bag go and left the store. The suspect did not touch the employee, the report said. The store estimated that around $1,246 worth of items were stolen including a machete, amplifier, inverter, camo jacket, and other items. The reporting officer took surveillance footage of the incident and returned to police headquarters. They met with two other officers, and they agreed it was Spaulding, an affidavit said. A warrant was then issued for his arrest. Victoria E. Elliott, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 1:57 p.m. on April 4 on a warrant after an incident on Garvins Falls Road. Holly S. Pickering, 37, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 7:30 a.m. on April 4 after an incident at Higgins Place. Tyler St. George, 31, of Pittsfield received a summons at 9:52 p.m. on April 3 on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and driver's license prohibitions charges after an incident on Loudon Road.
