-Pick up one 4' x 8' plywood from Home Depot 15 minutes away -Fix holes in kitchen subfloor with plywood and remove all nails in kitchen and adjacent bathroom subfloor -In basement 4' x 6' bathroom; replace toilet and put ceramic tiles on floor and walls, paint area and replace light fixture. -Paint basement concrete floor, brick walls, ceiling and adjacent garage area -Replace 2 light fixtures in basement and change 7 door handles I have all the supplies. NO labor payment is given before starting the work. NO labor payment is given while doing the various jobs. Payment is given ONLY after the entire above is completed to prevent abandonment.
