Looking for housing either temporary or long-term w private owner for a good friend who's returning to California from Colorado now that her job is no longer remote. She has a senior level, well paid job, but getting over custody bills, credit, so apts and big housing devs might not work.. She's moving here with her graduating son and ideally needs to move by June. Prob from 1800-2600 for right set up. Commutable to Newport. Thx for replies and ideas.
