UPDATE: CA Infant Snatched By Stranger: Police, FBI Take Quick Action SAN JOSE, CA — The Federal Bureau of Investigation has joined forces with the San Jose Police Department to search for a 3-month-old infant that was abducted on Monday. The FBI is going door-to-door in an effort to locate witnesses or any other information related to this case. The call to the police about the kidnapped child first came in at 1:03 p.m. on Monday. The suspect can be seen on surveillance footage walking away with the baby, which is in its carrier seat. The suspect is a dark complected Hispanic male who was wearing black pants, a dark blue shirt, gray shoes with white trim, a gray baseball hat, black face mask, and has short hair. The baby, Brandon Cuellar, is in a black carrier with a white blanket. He is wearing a white, long-sleeve onesie with dinosaurs on it. According to police, the family does not recognize the suspect. The suspect was seen entering the residence in the 1000 block of Elm Street, and that area is where the FBI is currently interviewing neighbors, police said. Police are actively working this case. Anyone with any information is urged to call (408) 277-4166 or call 911 if you've seen the suspect or the baby. Police have not issued an Amber alert because they do not have a license plate number, they said.
