MARLBOROUGH, MA — A Reading man was arrested in Marlborough Saturday morning after the man he was with pulled a gun during a party at a Holiday Inn, police said.
Police were called to the Lakeside Avenue hotel at around 2 a.m. When they arrived, there was a large group of people standing outside, and a white Infinity SUV was trying to leave the property.
When officers stopped the SUV, they found Neksone Allah-Digui, 25, of Worcester, in the passenger seat. In the glove box was a .45-caliber gun, which is the weapon Allah-Digui pulled out inside the hotel, police said.
The driver, Rodolphe Sanitval, 23, of Reading, told police that the car was not his, and he had found it idling in the parking lot. Sanitval was charged with larceny of a car, receiving stolen property worth more than $1,200, and weapons charges.
Allah-Digui was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, being a felon in possession of a gun, two counts of receiving stolen property worth more than $1,200, larceny of a car, and weapons charges.
