Victim In Fatal Sunday Eagan Crash Identified: State Patrol

EAGAN, MN — The victim of the fatal crash that occurred around 2:43 a.m. on Sunday has been identified as Luis Adrian Morales Garcia, 25, of Inver Grove Heights, according to Minnesota State Patrol. Garcia was driving southbound on Highway 77, north of Cliff Road, when he drove his Ford Expedition off the road and into a ditch, authorities said. The car then drove for 300 feet, hit a sign post and rolled, according to officials. The road conditions at the time of the crash were dry, authorities said. The Eagan Police Department and Eagan Fire Department also responded to the scene, officials said.
