WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. The dog, pictured, was found roaming on Second Avenue. He does not have tags or a microchip, according to the animal shelter. Anyone with information is asked to call the non-emergency police department number 203-937-3900 or visit the shelter at 7 Collis St. between the hours of 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
