WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. The dog, pictured, was found roaming in the area of Monteith Street and Sycaway Street. "He has no collar, tags or microchip," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "He does have a cute bandana and pajamas on."
