UPDATE: The dog has been reunited with his owner. WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. The male shepherd mix was found roaming on Peppermill Drive. He was found wearing a red electronic fence collar with no tags or microchip, according to the animal shelter. "If anyone has any information on this sweet boy please contact the West Haven Animal Shelter at 203-937-3642 between the hours of 8am-3pm," officials wrote in a post on Facebook.
