I've been making espresso drinks, mainly cappuccino, for several years now on a Breville Barista Express and am getting ready to upgrade to the Dual Boiler unit which is a more commercial grade machine. Looking for someone that is well schooled or at least has experimented with all the different aspects of espresso making. I've watched numerous videos, but would like to have a real world interaction with someone of like mind to bounce some ideas and questions off of. Let me know if you're that person.
