WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. The dog, pictured, was found roaming on Savin Avenue/Main Street. He doesn't have tags or a microchip, according to the animal shelter. Anyone with information is asked to call the West Haven Animal Shelter at 203-937-3642.
