UPDATE: The dog was reunited with her owner, according to the animal shelter. WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. The dog, pictured, was found roaming on Plainfield Avenue. She was found without a collar and didn't have tags or a microchip, according to the animal shelter.
