WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. The dog, pictured, was found roaming on First Avenue in West Haven. "No collar, tags or microchip," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "If anyone has any information on this sweet girl please contact the West Haven Animal Shelter at 203-937-3642 between the hours of 8am-3pm."
