Missing small dog

Missing new foster dog. He is 8lbs mircochipped. He is white, Black and Tan. He was wearing a blue and orange color. He was last seen on Lincoln and grove by big cox building. He just got here from Texas and bolted out the door this morning. His name is Opie. He came from a hoarding situation. He is very friendly but super skittish. He doesn’t know the area at all. Please contact me or heartstrings animal advocacy. You can also take him to the closet vet or humane society. His chip is still contacted to the rescue in Texas but they can get ahold of me. If you see him and catch him please do. He will hop the fence or bolt out the door if you do catch him. If you can’t please let me know what area he was in so I can try and get him. We are extremely worried. He’s had a lot of changes recently I’m sure he is probably confused and scared.
