WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. The dog, pictured, was found roaming on First Avenue. He has a red harness, with no tags or microchip, according to the animal shelter. Anyone with information is asked to call 203-937-3642.
