If that sounds like you, please read on... We are an established, reputable doggie daycare and boarding facility that is currently seeking friendly, hard-working individuals to join our team! The ideal candidate is open-minded, coachable, and eager to learn, with a great work ethic. We are looking for team members who get along well with others, responds well to constructive feedback, are not afraid to get their hands dirty, and who have a high regard for punctuality and timeliness. Experience is not required, but a love for dogs, a positive team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to excellence is. Customer service experience and/or experience working in a high-profile customer-facing position is a huge plus! **This is a fast-paced, mentally and physically challenging position that WILL require you to be on your feet and actively engaged with pups for most of your shift (and in all weather). And while, yes, it is incredibly rewarding working with pups all day, by no means does it involve simply cuddling pups all day long. If you are hired, hours and shifts assigned are not fixed and will vary from week to week; you can expect your schedule to include a rotation of both day shifts and evening shifts, depending on the fluctuating needs of the business. Our ideal candidate is someone with open availability, a willingness to work both weekends and holidays as needed, a growth-minded mindset, and the flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the business on-the-fly.
