Rehoming 1 year old Pure Bred Red Doberman!

Hey Craigslist, I have a Doberman who is 1 year and 2 months old, around 36” tall (top of head, not including ear height), and weighs around 95lbs. He’s pure bred (dad was a European and mom was an American Doberman, both red), has all his shots/vaccines, healthy skin/coat, and fully trained. Knows all basic commands, is house trained, crate trained, socialized (although he does get excited around people/dogs/cats/etc) and is very friendly. Good with small children (even the ones that smother him) and other animals. Not very active and eats about 6 cups of food per day. NOT AKC registered. He’s intact (not neutered so can be bred) and has his ears cropped as well. He’ll have an xxl sized crate (54” long and can house a Great Dane), a 4” memory foam bed, baby gate that bolts into the wall if you want to section him off, a large tactical military-style vest, heavy duty leash, 2 8-cup bowls, 40lb sized food container with scoop, 3-4 heavy duty chew toys, and a quilted dog seat cover that covers your entire backseat for car rides. One thing to note, he’s a picky eater so I do use food seasoning for his kibble. He’s a sweet dog, extremely well trained/disciplined, and can potentially still make you money if you’d like to use him for breeding. I’m getting rid of him because I’m starting law school soon and I’m currently enrolled in school for another degree program as well while also employed full time. I simply have no time for him! He does like to chill and just hang out all day but I don’t even have time to take him out for simple walks. What I’ve paid so far is (not including vet visits, health insurance, or vaccines); -$750 to initially get him as a pup (had him since 8 weeks) -$1300 for ear crop surgery and for a corrective surgery for his tail dock (previous owner had it docked incorrectly) -$200 crate -$250+ toys, vest, leash, heavy duty gate, memory foam bed, toothbrush + toothpaste, shampoo, towels, electric rechargeable nail trimmer/grinder with attachments, car seat pet buckle YES, I have all paperwork and receipts including the ear crop and all medical documents. I’m not expecting to get all my money back but the Rehoming fee is going to be 2o0O. I know this is the community section for Rehoming for free but I’m not looking to make a profit, just to get some of my money back and to find him a good home.
