Found pigeon

We found a beautiful rare pigeon looks to be tamed and someone's pet he was found on the grass it's a little malnourished I think he didn't know how to eat Or survive He was lucky that kroger hawks didn't get him we bought him A bag of food and he looks to be doing better. He makes this cute noise like a squeaking baby. We can't keep him and we don't want to take him to the animal shelter nor do we want to release him again into the wild because he probably won't know how to survive again. If you want to rehome him and give him a loving home please let me know
