Crew Leader Responsibilities: Lead crew and perform: Ornamental pruning, edging, mulching, organic weed control-spray or hand weeding, organic pest control, organic compost tea and granular fertilizer applications. Installation of trees, shrubs, perennials, seasonal annual displays, boulders, low-volt lighting, Living Walls, hardscapes, and water features. Requirements: Formal education a plus, but not required. Minimum of three years leadership experience. Hands on work experience and proficiency in all responsibilities listed above and ability to push/pull/lift up to 80 pounds. Proficiency in machinery operation. This is a labor-intensive position and requires a lot of movement. Ability for candidate to independently work and execute responsibilities assigned to them in a timely manner. Valid PA driver’s license. Wage and Benefits: Wages $22-$27 and benefits commensurate with experience.
