Our company is in search of an experience onsite manager for our property located in Van Nuys. Manager must possess the following skills: • bilingual (Spanish and English) • assertive and use proper and positive language • patient, showing understanding and empathy to tenant’s request • 2 year experienced minimum on management • must have transportation, cellphone and email address • fast learner and willing to ask questions to office personnel • respectful to all tenant and potential tenants, avoiding favoritism We are looking for a manager that is experienced enough to carry on all manager duties and exceed expectation when dealing with outspoken tenants.
