Our organization is seeking a dedicated FULL-TIME Day Porter to maintain the clean outdoor environments of our assigned properties. Our ideal employee will primarily be responsible for completing all day to day tasks to maintain the cleanliness of the property they are assigned to and to enhance each property’s appeal. Our Day Porters are the on-site eyes and ears for our property management partners; reporting all potential hazards to the Field Supervisor immediately. This position may be fast paced at times and requires physical work- including some light lifting, using leaf blowers, power washing and trash collection. Must be able to respond to building requests as instructed. Duties include but are not limited to: mopping floors, wiping down windows/doors, ensuring trash collection area is clean. You will also service the parking areas and outside landscaping areas- removing debris and trash. You will need to clean walkways leading up to the building, and any lawn areas of trash. Our ideal candidate is someone who will take pride in keeping assigned buildings beautiful, clean, and comfortable for all residents. Applicants should have some professional cleaning experience or be familiar with cleaning products and equipment. - Day Porter Pay: $16.50 per hour - Bi- weekly pay - Work Schedule: Monday through Friday - 7:30AM -4 :30PM - Position starts May 2022 - Must Wear Company Uniform Day Porter Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate preferred Cleaning experience preferred but not required (willing to train) Valid driver's license Must Have reliable transportation Familiarity with common cleaning supplies and hand tools Physical stamina Ability to work outdoors Friendly demeanor, takes direction well, good communication skills ******** If interested, please reply to this post with your resume.*********
